Corporate Residential Management (CRM), the UK’s leading independent student accommodation company, has awarded Hexagon Software a major contract to deploy the Dream financial management system. This new software solution will integrate with TCAS Online, the market leading student accommodation management system, to streamline workflow processes across the organisation including room booking, tenancy generation and management, property management, financial collection and arrears management.
“After a thorough investigation of the market, we selected the Dream financial management system as it catered for all areas of the business, including our own office accounting requirements, with the flexibility and scalability to accommodate our planned growth strategy,” commented Alan Coles, Finance Director at CRM. “As one of the leading suppliers of financial management software to the student accommodation sector, Hexagon Software has the financial expertise and a proven track record in similar environments.”
As well as offering comprehensive accounting functionality, Dream features a web portal with an easy to read dashboard giving an instant view of the business and access to a comprehensive range of reports. It also provides web-based invoice authorisation functionality with email alerts automatically generated to designated users who can logon to approve as required.
“Dream provides us with a powerful reporting solution that generates high levels of data in the format and has the flexibility to rapidly produce customised reports to meet the different requirements of individual landlords at the press of a button. It will enable us to deliver even higher levels of customer service,” concluded Alan Coles.
CRM is also deploying LandMark, Hexagon’s market leading property management software solution. This will be used to enhance the management of other types of properties, including buy-to-let, on behalf of private and commercial landlords.
