Primary Health Properties PLC, a leading dedicated UK healthcare Real Estate Investment Trust, has standardised on LandMark, the leading property management solution, following the consolidation of its management services provision to Nexus Tradeco Limited.
Nexus now uses LandMark to enhance the management of Primary Healthcare Properties’ rapidly expanding portfolio of primary healthcare facilities, the majority of which are leased to GP surgeries, with other properties let to the NHS, pharmacies and UK government.

The LandMark system is delivering significant increases in efficiency by speeding up access to property management information, enabling the rapid production of management reports and providing an instant view of the portfolio which is now valued at more than £1.1 billion. It enhances the entire tenant management process, allowing every aspect of the portfolio to be easily assessed and analysed.
For Primary Healthcare Properties, Nexus has also deployed the Dream financial management system which offers comprehensive accounting functionality with a web portal giving an instant view of the business and access to a comprehensive range of reports. It provides web-based invoice authorisation functionality with email alerts automatically generated to designated users who can logon to approve as required. The system also provides high levels of flexibility and scalability to accommodate the organisation’s planned growth strategy.

Northumberland Estates opens office in Newcastle
