Professional Services team expands with new appointments

Hexagon Software has expanded its Professional Services team with the announcement of two support and project delivery appointments.

Steven Sidgwick has over 23 years’ experience of implementing financial, payroll and HR solutions and will be providing application consultancy and project management for Hexagon’s Dream Financial Management and LandMark Property Management software. He joins direct from Unit 4 Business Software where he gained extensive experience managing and implementing Dream. He held a number of roles at Unit 4 including Application Consultant then Consulting Manager with responsibility for a team providing application consultancy, project management, pre-sales and client management support. Prior to this, he was Financial Systems Manager for Pennine Computer Services.

Nicola Terrell has been appointed Software Support Technician and will be responsible for ensuring that installed systems are optimised to meet ongoing customer requirements. With over 10 years’ IT support experience, Nicola was previously Business Application Specialist for GCC Limited, a leading provider of IT services and solutions. She was also Application Support Specialist at Alphalogix, a Sage software supplier.
