LandMark 4 provides comprehensive case management functionality to enhance the control of tenancies and properties in portfolios of every size.

Pages and modules can be structured to meet the individual functional requirements of users enabling the status of every case to be quickly viewed. It tracks all outstanding activities and highlights urgent actions that must be completed on a timely basis such as rent reviews, lease expiries and break clauses.

Cases can be automatically created and assigned to system users to manage, control and monitor through to completion. They include:

The system enables workflows relating to different activities to be standardised and streamlined and check-lists can be prepopulated to minimise the data entry requirements.

Alerts, form creation and reports can be automatically generated as cases are completed.

LandMark 4 enables all tasks to be managed within a single system eliminating the need for individual users to maintain ‘to-do’ lists on external applications such as Outlook or Excel.
