Topland Group upgrades corporate property management with LandMark

Topland Group, one of the largest privately owned international investment groups, has installed LandMark, the leading property management software solution from Hexagon Software.

It will enhance the property management expertise of the Group which, through its London-based in-house management company Berkley Estates London Limited, has over 10 million sq ft under direct management and is expanding its internal asset management capability to improve its ability to service large multi-let buildings and portfolios.

Topland Group has upgraded its corporate property management system to speed up the access to property management information, enable the rapid production of management reports and provide an instant, single view of the whole portfolio. It provides the company with greater control over its expanding property portfolio and improves the efficiency of all service charge management and accounting functions.

LandMark is an enterprise property management solution that delivers significant time savings and productivity improvements by centralising and automating many of the manual tasks that were required using traditional legacy systems. The system allows every aspect of the portfolio to be assessed, scrutinised and analysed at the press of a button enabling management reports that previously took many hours to manually compile to be produced in seconds.

The new system provides instant access to the latest, accurate information to improve decision-making across the Group. It also integrates with Dream, Hexagon Software’s Financial Management system, giving an auditable, single point of reference showing the current status of Topland’s entire property portfolio at a glance.

Hexagon Cloud is a new hosted platform for financial and property management solutions

Hexagon Software has announced the launch of Hexagon Cloud, a new hosted platform that extends access to its market-leading property management and financial accounting software. Hexagon Cloud will enable users to review or update information from core ‘back-office’ systems, such as approving invoices, entering account transactions or viewing property information from any internet-enabled location on any device.
