Our Purchase2Pay solution extends the power and simplicity of Dream Financials and delivers significant efficiency and productivity gains by eliminating the need to manually scan and distribute copies of purchase orders and invoices for approval by authorised managers.
Invoices related to a purchase order are automatically matched and checked. The system then automatically sends email alerts to users and directs them to their own work area on the online portal to review and authorise purchase orders and invoices. Reminders are automatically sent if authorisation has not been given within predetermined timescales.
If multiple authorisations are required, the system ensures that invoices are not passed until all stakeholders have been involved.

The hosted application will provide options to authenticate using existing enterprise or Microsoft credentials. It also allows a choice of social network logins such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, etc. This eliminates the need to remember and manage additional user IDs and passwords.
The application will be available on a pay-as-you go basis.
